expectations are. My goal is to exceed YOUR expectations. Of course it?s important
to have an experienced agent and I am that too. My expertise in new homes, existing
homes and multi-family homes has spanned over 10 years. I have in depth construction
knowledge having worked directly for both developers and builders in the Dallas
& Jacksonville markets. I have also specialized in waterfront properties for almost
ten years. In addition to my experience, I realize it?s extremely important to have
an agent who represents YOU and what is in YOUR best interests.

I have been around real estate all my life. My grandfather and great-grandfather
owned a real estate company in Nebraska for over eighty years. You could say real
estate is in my blood, it just comes naturally. My midwest upbringing and values,
combined with over ten years of real estate experience make me a savvy real estate
professional. Clients say, my attention to detail, and organizational skills combined
